What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever your message contains. We collect nothing else about you.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. If you ask for a Reachable Buyer Map, we use your company name and website to prepare it and your work email to send it to you. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a follow-up, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Meetings Works who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. We do not track you from page to page and we do not follow you around the web afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to florence.byrd@meetingsworks.co or use the contact form and say what you would like. Reply stop to any message from us and we will not contact you again.
